About Fast Freddie & Sons Auto Glass

Located at 9996 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335, Fast Freddie & Sons Auto Glass operates as an auto repair shop serving Fontana in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Nothing less than exceptional service, called on Saturday 05/11/24 at 2pm after being left high & dry by another glass repair facility. ( Five star AutoGlass in SB) FAST FREDDIE'S was nothing short of their name, fast and reliable. Offered competitive pricing. I had a new back window installed by 3:30pm that afternoon! Please save yourself the headache and hassle and call these guys for your glass repair needs.

We used to use Fast Freddies for our business trucks and personal vehicles. This last time we had to replace several windshields. On 1/19 they came out to replace two windshields. They completed one and said they had to come back since they did not have enough glue for the second windshield. They came out on 01/23/24 and replaced the second windshield. The next weekend it rained and the windshield leaked really bad. I called to have them come fix it and had to leave a voice message. On 02/19/24 I left another voice message. On 02/23 I called and spoke with a lady who took a message. A week later I called and spoke with dispatch who said they would get us on schedule. A week goes by and still no sign of them. By now the windshield has rattled around so badly we had to tape it on after it started cracking. I called again and they said they would get someone out the next day - oh and there was no way that they would be responsible for the crack in the windshield. Again, nobody showed up. It is now April and we had to hire a different company to replace the windshield, along with the other vehicles they failed to complete. Its sad that a local business cannot count on ano

Thank you Rudy for squeezing me in today after our car was broken into early this morning. Armando and Jose arrived and did a fantastic job at replacing the window before the rain began. Would HIGHLY recommend them for all your auto glass needs.

Very dissatisfied with this vendor: 2 weeks ago I had a windshield replaced and tech took one second to install... I gave him a tip and asked him if it would leak... he said no...it did leak and came back... Freddie is one of those fast talkers who thinks his lies are believed... I was charged $160 +90 for a chip repair... Freddie, you are a fraud. I will be posting this review on every Facebook group I am a member of
